Well, I think I've finished it now.
Although, I have a feeling I've added too much colour to it.
I guess the feedback I receive will help me out here.

Total time spent: 5 hours.
I did use someones brush set for the transparent blue circles up the top and the orange lines, but I downloaded the brushes a long time ago and cannot remember who's they were.
If someone can provide proof that they made them, I'll be more than happy to credit them.
